Safety & Use

The Emberline Hanging 650×400 features a TUV-certified burner with a double bottom and an absorbent insert, which helps protect against accidental fuel spillage and supports safe everyday use. The fireplace should be installed on a stable wall, at least 50 cm away from any flammable materials. For filling, bioethanol is poured into the burner using the supplied funnel, which makes handling the fuel more controlled and precise. Once lit, the flame can be adjusted and later extinguished using the dedicated tool included in the set. As with all bioethanol fireplaces, the burner must be completely cool before refuelling, and fuel should never be added to a burning or hot burner.

Because combustion is clean — without smoke, soot or ash — no chimney connection is required. Regular ventilation of the room is recommended, as with any device using an open flame.
